I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were in need of renovation, lacked a snack bar, but they did have plenty of outlets for our electronics, an amazingly comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a beautiful bathroom. The fact that breakfast was included was a plus.

My experience with the service was not great. There's no buddy there that knows anything, and we had to repair the safe deposit box twice, wasting two hours of our sightseeing tour. The staff may be a little on edge. I did buy a pastry at the cafeteria that was worth $5 US dollars.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and relaxing, and the food was incredibly yummy. The pool area was also lovely. However, I was a bit disappointed that the bedroom sheets weren't replaced, which impacted the cleanliness.
